Chad Johnson is the Director of Property Management for Ettinger Realty, Ltd., and has over ten (10) years' experience in the construction, property management, and real estate-related industries. As director, he is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and financial accounting of the company's management portfolio, as well as general management and leasing of various construction and development projects. Prior to Ettinger Realty, Chad worked in real estate lending, and as a title officer at Ticor Title in Portland Oregon.

Chad holds an Illinois Real Estate Broker's License and is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) listing service.

In his spare time he enjoys running (having completed three marathons), doing improv and stand up (taking classes and performing at Second City), and spending time with his wife Nancy and their two sons, Miles and Graham. (as their Cub Scout Cub Master)

Chad and his family live in Evanston, Illinois where they are involved in various community and charitable organizations.

Weronika Nogaj, Office Manager

Weronika ("Nika") Nogaj is the office manager for Ettinger Realty, Ltd, and is responsible for overseeing the daily office operations, including the general accounting for both the brokerage and property management divisions. Previously, she worked in sales as branch manager (in Tennessee) and regional training coordinator (in Texas) for Scentura Creations, Inc, a manufacturer of designer fragrances.

Nika received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and International Business from DePaul University and was a member of The National Honor Society. She also studied abroad in Krakow Poland and traveled extensively throughout Europe, Canada, Mexico and The Dominican Republic. She is also fluent in Polish and Spanish.

Nika lives in Lakeview and enjoys working out, riding her bike, learning new languages and traveling.
